Today I did pull-up training near park.
A strong wind was blowing outside and it was cold.
and then I did push up training in my room.
I’m very tired today,because I usually didn’t training.
It’s hard to keep doing hard things.
There are public hall near home,it have cycling training machine room.
The fee for using the facility is 100 yen for 2 hours.
Do you think can I keep training if I go to the training facility?
Or do you think I can continue training at home instead of going to a facility?
